Black Alumni Society Week at the University of Miami is designed to celebrate Black excellence, foster meaningful connections, and honor the legacy and impact of Black alumni. Throughout the week, students, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends of the University come together for opportunities to reflect, engage in honest dialogue, and celebrate achievements across generations. From thought-provoking conversations to moments of recognition and community, this reunion week affirms our shared commitment to inclusion, excellence, and the future of the U.

Either in-person or virtually, join us for an honest conversation rooted in community, reflection, and a shared commitment to shaping a more inclusive and affirming future at the University. There will be a reception following the program

Spend the afternoon honoring Black heritage and culture alongside fellow Canes with basketball, pride, and community spirit.

UTrailblazers Honor Ceremony and Brunch

Join us as we close out Black Alumni Society Week with the inaugural UTrailblazers Honor Ceremony and Brunch, a celebratory gathering recognizing the excellence, legacy, and impact of ten notable Canes.
