  • Need a workout? Find exercises you can do at home from David Feeley, director of strength and conditioning for the 'Canes football team, and Phil Baier, strength and conditioning coach for the men's basketball team. 

Be Mindful 

  • The University of Miami Libraries offers introductory mindfulness sessions for cultivating calm and focus. These 45-minute sessions introduce the fundamentals of mindfulness with periods of guided practice and opportunities for reflection and questions. Tune in on Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m.
